Your tasks:
- Responsibility for the entire employee lifecycle – from recruiting and onboarding to ongoing employee support (including time management, travel expense claims, etc. – up to preparation for payroll accounting).
- Management of the recruitment process (job profiles, selection, interviews, contracts)
- Advice and support for employees and managers on all HR-related issues
- Coordination of personnel planning with the respective specialist departments and active management of the planning process in agreement with the department heads
- Coordination and alignment with external partners (payroll – outsourced, WKO, tax consultancy, etc.)
- Conception and implementation of measures in the area of human resources development (training, further education, talent promotion)
- Participation in the further development of HR processes and organisational structures, as well as supporting change processes.
Your profile:
- Completed commercial apprenticeship or university degree, ideally with a focus on HR (e.g. Human Resources, Business Administration, Economic Psychology)
- Several years of professional experience in HR
- In-depth knowledge of HR & Austrian labour law
- Responsible and independent working style
- High Loyalty & Discretion
- Very good IT / MS Office skills

- For this position, a gross salary significantly above the collective agreement is envisaged and will be based on your individual professional experience and qualifications.
As a guideline, the gross monthly salary is around €3,200.00.
