Tradition meets innovation
In 1969, Kurt and Herta Lehner founded our family business. Their focus was on high-quality carpets made from sheep's wool. In 1992, their son Alexander Lehner and his wife Felicitas took over the business and opened up new fields of application.
The rug weaving business has developed into a versatile sheep's wool company that preserves traditions and at the same time opens up room for innovation in order to get the best out of the raw material sheep's wool.

Anyone can say sustainable and ecological. Various certificates and awards prove that we don't just throw words around, but actually do what we say.
In order to create products that can utilise the unique properties of sheep's wool in the best possible way, years of experience are required. Research and development necessary. We are therefore all the more pleased that we are repeatedly recognised for our work.

Our company buildings
We produce 100 % at our Waizenkirchen site in Upper Austria: from spinning, fulling and weaving to the manufacture of technical needle felts and our speciality products. When expanding our production and office buildings, we not only focus on our sheep's wool products, but also think and build sustainably: low-energy construction, sustainable materials, photovoltaic systems and much more make our site sustainable. And a healthy and pleasant workplace for our Wool Family.
