People & Values

What actually defines us at Lehner Wool? How do we explain who we are and what we do every day? Spinning, weaving, fulling, winding, needling - what happens behind the scenes? We are characterised not only by the agility of a traditional craft business, but also by the human qualities of a family business that has grown organically.

Who we are

Office team
Office team
The office team comprises Marketing, Sales, and Administration. It coordinates a wide range of tasks, from customer contact and social media to invoicing and personnel support, ensuring smooth organisation.
Technology Team
Technical team

The technical team is responsible for ensuring that all machines run properly and that our buildings remain in good condition. From the metalworking shop to building maintenance, they work hard to ensure that we can produce reliably.

ISO team
ISO team
Here, the hearts of the ISOLENA and Silentum brands beat: the team takes care of the shredding of the wool, the baling, and, of course, the production of insulation and acoustic felts. Quality control is also located here.Okay.
All-round team
All-round team

The name says it all! The Allround Team is home to a wide range of talents: from weaving FELICE carpets and developing patterns to assembling Silentum products. Here, we sew, cut, weave, pack and much more.

Wool team
Wool team

It's colourful in the Wool team: the team takes care of the preparation and processing of the colourful raw wool for the STYLIT and FELICE brands. From weighing to spinning to felt production - things are colourful here. The processed wool is then sent to the Sheepworld team.

Sheepword team
Sheepworld team
The Sheepworld team transforms raw materials into our STYLIT products: from cutting the felt, winding cords and spools, and creating small packages, right through to preparing items for dispatch. When required, we also create other woolly products here, involving knitting, crocheting and more.
What is close to our hearts

Social project Africa

At Lehner Wolle, our actions are characterised by sustainability, mindfulness and a sense of community. Guided by deep empathy and charity, we want to support people in need and give them hope.

In Uganda, through the "Vision for Africa" initiative, we support those whose voices often go unheard. Those who live in poverty and whose concerns barely reach us in Europe. We lend them a helping hand to give them a better future.
